Trustkill is excited to announce the signing of DECEPTION OF A GHOST from North Carolina. DOAG seems to have set the standard of how to make it in today's music biz by booking there own headlining tours all over the US. Guitarist and vocalist Buddy commented,"We just figured out from the start, we can't wait for people to make this happen for us, they don't care, we can do this on our own, shit really pays off!" The band armed with this DIY ethic has set out and played with Iwrestledabearonce, For The Fallen Dreams, In Fear And Faith, Vanna, Memphis May Fire, Stray From The Path, Stick To Your Guns, Greeley Estates, and more.
A collaboration of clean vocal melodies and thick screams blended with an onslaught of breakdowns and their triple harmony guitar attack is what shapes and molds their unique sound. Their freshly recorded album entitled “Speak up, You're Not Alone” was recorded with Jamie King (Between The Buried And Me, For Today, He Is Legend) and will be released on Trustkill Records Summer 2010.

AWAKEN DEMONS have posted their first video off their new album "The Mirror". The video is for the opening track "Coming To An End" and was filmed this winter in Italy with director Salvatore Perrone.
Bassist Nic Lelli checked in to say, "The song Coming To An End talks about something ending, maybe a friendship, a relationship, the world or a life. The director and I decided to shoot some scenes with a kidnapped girl to the show the hardships of real life. We are really excited about the video and we think Salvatore did a great job!"

Dallas' Memphis May Fire had their song 'Ghost in the Mirror' featured on the 'Saw VI Soundtrack', so it's fitting that their video for the song features clips from the film spliced with the band performing in a claustrophobic space similar to the rooms Jigsaw's victims are often walled in.
"We were so excited when we were asked to be on the 'Saw VI Soundtrack," Memphis May Fire vocalist Matt Mullins told Noisecreep. "We are all huge fans of the 'Saw' movies, so this is dream come true for sure! The lyrics of 'Ghost In The Mirror' fit the movie very well, so we couldn't have asked for a better theme for the music video. The Chariot has announced a headlining tour for early 2010 titled “The Tours And Rumors Of Tours” Tour. Speaking on it vocalist Josh Scogin said “We have not done a proper headliner in ages, so I am really stoked for this to happen.” Joining them will be Inhale Exhale (Solid State Records), Greeley Estates (Tragic Hero Records), Memphis May Fire (Trustkill) and The Color Morale (Rise Records). VIN has since shared the stage with some of the best bands around today, including Fall Out Boy, Emery, Sugarcult, Breaking Benjamin, Every Avenue, and more. Heading in to the studio this past year, VIN recorded their debut album with producer Scott Stallone who has worked with everyone from Jedi Mind Tricks to Britney Spears. Also a few tracks were executive produced by Matt Carter from Emery.

Trustkill is proud to announce the newest member of the TK family… KID LIBERTY from Sherman, TX! After an impressive EP release last year the band has been on tour ever since destroying clubs and fans alike with their original brand of melody-infused hardcore. Kid Liberty will record their debut full length "Fight With Your Fists" for Trustkill in December with producer Geoff Rockwell (Forever the Sickest Kids, Memphis May Fire) for a Spring 2010 release.
Singer Trey Sexton says, "We are going to write this record about all the changes we've all been through, good and bad, throughout the last 71,000 miles of our lives. We like to keep things positive and fun for the most part, but there are a few of those ruthless, pissed of songs that will be included [laughs]. We want this record to be overall a good time."
With an aggressive combination of many genres, Kid Liberty is determined to land a place in the heart of every person that comes across their music. If that's not enough for you, they've got a live show that will most certainly catch your attention. After the release of the "Never Say Never" EP, Kid Liberty spent the next year and a half on road traveling coast to coast, over and over again. The constant DIY touring ended up landing them a spot on tour with Stick to Your Guns, In Fear and Faith, and Stray from the Path. There was definitely something going right as the band watched more kids enter the venues on every tour. Not to mention, around 5,000 copies of EP sold solely on the road.
Trey Sexton commented on the signing and said "Trustkill was the first label we ever talked to period. In the last year we've been in and out with several labels and we are so thankful things came around and we ended up where we really wanted to be from the beginning. We are excited about our future with the label and know we will make an amazing team together."
